Job summary

Leap29 seeks a Maintenance Lead to support a 20-week project in Pakistan, focusing on process and packaging machinery. The role involves hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting and repair to keep equipment reliable and operational throughout the project.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within manufacturing settings, with knowledge of process and packaging equipment. Availability to mobilise to Pakistan ASAP is required.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of process and packaging equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments.
• Experience as Maintenance Lead or similar is advantageous.
• Willingness to mobilise to Pakistan ASAP for the 20-week assignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance activities across process and packaging machinery.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and/or electrical faults.
• Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Identify equipment issues and minimise machinery downtime.
• Ensure maintenance activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Provide hands-on technical support when required.
