Job summary

Mondelez International in Pakistan is seeking a Technician, Manufacturing Support for PM Maintenance. You will own line technology settings, lead maintenance planning, and guide a team of technicians to sustain equipment reliability.

You will collaborate with reliability and asset teams, drive TPM initiatives, and train staff on AM/PM best practices while contributing to SQCDSM targets on the lines.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and PM methods.
• Ability to lead line teams and train technicians.
• Experience with TPM Phase 3–4 tools and problem-solving.
• Strong collaboration with Reliability and Asset teams.

Responsibilities

• Own technology and process settings for equipment and lines.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.
• Lead PM progress and maintenance KPI tracking.
• Coach technicians and build technical capability.
• Support Change Management and spares localization.
