Mondelēz International is seeking an expert for maintenance leadership in its Pakistan plant. You will lead planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance within a continuous improvement manufacturing environment.

You will manage cross-functional teams and contractors to ensure process stability and performance. You will own PM systems and KPIs for line equipment, drive preventive and time-based maintenance plans, and build the skills of technicians.

Formación

• Advanced knowledge of AM and PM systems and ability to maintain equipment to basic conditions independently.
• Ability to lead line-level maintenance and coach technicians.
• Experience with TPM concepts and time-based maintenance planning.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance in a continuous improvement environment.
• Own PM systems, KPIs and centerline settings for the lines.
• Manage Repairs & Maintenance budget and localize spares.
