Mondelez International in Pakistan's Hub is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Electrical) to lead preventive and time-based maintenance on key packaging lines. You will manage AM and PM activities, drive TPM initiatives, and act as technology owner for equipment, ensuring centerline stability and cost control.

Reporting to the line leader, you will develop maintenance plans, coach technicians, and collaborate with reliability teams to implement improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance and preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Ability to lead line teams and coach technicians in TPM practices.
• Experience with PM/AM metrics and continuous improvement tools.
