Job summary

Master Group in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to manage plant machinery, utilities and facilities. You will plan and execute preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, aiming for maximum uptime and minimal downtime while ensuring safety and cost control.

The role requires 5–8 years in manufacturing maintenance, a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, and hands-on leadership of maintenance teams. Strong MS Office skills and reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: BSc Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 5–8 years in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and preventive/breakdown maintenance.
• Experience with RCA and maintenance budgeting/cost control.
• Familiarity with HSE, safety regulations, LOTO, PPE.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and minimal production losses.
• Coordinate with production for planned shutdowns and urgent breakdowns.
• Supervise maintenance staff and allocate manpower.
• Lead troubleshooting, RCA, and implementation of corrective actions.
• Prepare maintenance reports and maintain logs and SOPs.
