• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting and route/volume analysis.
• Experience negotiating with vendors and monitoring third-party courier performance.
• Familiarity with delivery KPIs: buyout rate, delivery success rate, return rate, cost per delivery.

Responsibilities

• Allocate daily orders between internal couriers and third-party partners; optimize distribution based on performance metrics.
• Prepare and maintain daily route sheets; build efficient delivery sequences and adjust routes to reduce delays and costs.
• Monitor delivery KPIs including buyout rate, delivery success rate, return rate, SLA compliance, average delivery time and cost per delivery; identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage confirmation operators: distribute orders, enforce confirmation scripts, ensure address and timing accuracy, and align confirmed orders with delivery planning.
• Ensure orders progress through defined statuses (Approved, In Delivery, Paid, Returned) within required timelines.
