Job summary

Nishat Chunian Limited Head Office is seeking an ecommerce fulfilment specialist to process orders and manage omnichannel dispatch flows across online and retail channels.

You will maintain accurate inventory across systems (Odoo, Trade Unleash) and coordinate courier bookings for COD and prepaid shipments while ensuring SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in ecommerce fulfilment, warehouse operations, or retail order processing.
• Solid understanding of order processing, dispatch, and courier booking in Pakistan.
• Comfortable working with Shopify and an inventory / order management system.
• Detail-oriented and accurate — good with numbers, SKUs, and stock counts.
• Able to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced dispatch environment.
• Basic Excel / spreadsheet skills for tracking and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispatch online orders accurately and within SLA.
• Manage omnichannel fulfilment flows — ship-from-warehouse, ship-from-store, and click-and-collect (in-store pickup).
• Keep inventory synced across the online store and retail branches through the connected system (Odoo / Trade Unleash).
• Book shipments and coordinate with couriers (TCS, Leopards, BlueEx, Trax, and others) for COD and prepaid orders.
• Track dispatches, resolve delivery exceptions, and update customer support on delays.
• Process returns and exchanges back into unified inventory, including cross-channel returns.
• Allocate stock between online and retail to prevent overselling and stockouts.
• Support COD reconciliation by matching courier remittances against dispatched orders.

Job Description

• Process and dispatch online orders accurately and within SLA
• Manage omnichannel fulfilment flows — ship-from-warehouse, ship-from-store, and click-and-collect (in-store pickup)
• Keep inventory synced and accurate across the online store and retail branches through the connected system (Odoo / Trade Unleash)
• Book shipments and coordinate with couriers (TCS, Leopards, BlueEx, Trax, and others) for both COD and prepaid orders
• Track dispatches, resolve delivery exceptions, and keep customer support updated on delays
• Process returns and exchanges back into unified inventory, including cross-channel returns
• Allocate stock sensibly between online and retail to prevent overselling and stockouts
• Support COD reconciliation by matching courier remittances against dispatched orders
• Generate load sheets, packing slips, and courier manifests; maintain clean dispatch records
• Maintain fulfilment SLAs, dispatch accuracy, and a tidy, organized workflow during peak and sale periods
