Responsibilities

• Examine and process life insurance claims by verifying all necessary documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Update and maintain detailed claim records in the claims management system to ensure data integrity.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate timely claim assessments and resolution.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients regarding claim status and required documentation.
• Follow up on pending claims and ensure completion according to established timelines.
• Handle sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy to support customers during difficult times.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to manage a high volume of claims without compromising accuracy.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation and reporting.
• Leverage Power BI, when applicable, to assist in claims data visualization, analytics, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve claims processing workflows and customer experience.
