The ideal candidate applies strong analytical thinking and sound judgment to make decisions, coordinate between internal teams and external partners, and support continuous improvements in claims operations. Although this role does not involve direct team management, it requires effective collaboration and leadership skills to influence and support colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end processing of complex and high-value group life insurance claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Review claims documentation and verify compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as underwriting, legal, and finance to coordinate claims investigation and settlement.
• Engage with external partners including healthcare providers, legal representatives, and third-party administrators to facilitate claims validation and processing.
