Job summary

The Value Engineering is seeking a Management Trainee Officer – Learning & Development to help design, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate employee learning initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in training administration and organizational capability building for fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Internship or project experience in HR or Learning & Development is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and training processes desirable.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, feedback, and discussions with department heads.
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, orientation programmes, and webinars.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, attendance records, and learning documentation.
• Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
• Maintain training calendars, learning records, and employee development databases.
• Assist in managing LMS data and training reports, where applicable.
• Collect participant feedback and help evaluate training effectiveness.
• Prepare training reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external training vendors.
• Support employee engagement and organisational development initiatives as assigned.
• Ensure all training records comply with company policies and audit requirements.
• Stay informed about current learning trends, digital learning tools, and best practices.
