Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or minimum 6 years with a Master's degree.
• Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Human Resources, or a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate learning and development initiatives.
• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and develop annual training plans.
• Coordinate employee orientation and training programs.
• Facilitate leadership development and monitor training effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records and dashboards.
