Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking an experienced healthcare operations leader to set expectations for line managers and ensure high-performance teams. You will motivate staff, align objectives, and drive collaboration with donors and department heads to implement health programs.

You will maintain district-level records, monitor daily operations for efficiency, and produce regular reports. The role requires coordinating with head office to meet annual goals while ensuring optimal staffing and service

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Postgraduate or medical-related degree preferred (MBA in Health/Hospital Management, MBBS or MPH).

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and accountabilities for line managers, assistants, and team leads.
• Motivate management staff, set directions, delegate tasks and define objectives.
• Collaborate with donors, stakeholders, department heads for program delivery.
• Maintain district-level records and share with head office on schedule.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Document and report program activities regularly.
• Provide feedback on community outreach and training activities.
• Implement monitoring tools and departmental policies for staff.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly site reports for department leads.
• Coordinate with head office to achieve annual goals and capex plans.
• Ensure staffing adequacy and liaison with all departments for smooth services.
