Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening/closing procedures.

• Ensure quality control standards are met.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Work closely with kitchen staff to maintain food quality standards.
• Create budgets, monitor financials and make adjustments as needed.
