Job summary

Event Staffing seeks a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in Gujrat. You will lead a diverse team, ensure top-tier service, maintain food quality and safety, and drive profitability.

The role requires proven management experience, strong communication in English, and the ability to coach staff, manage inventory, and implement improvements. Salary is 1600 USD per month plus bonuses and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the food industry.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Fluent English; local languages a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant including managing staff, monitoring inventory levels, and overseeing customer service.
• Create and maintain a positive work environment by coaching and motivating employees to provide exceptional service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials that align with customer preferences.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
