Job summary

TransaLink in Gujrat, Pakistan is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high-quality standards. You will manage staff, inventory, budgeting, and compliance with health regulations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
• Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
• Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Conduct regular inventory checks and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant at all times
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to create new menu items and specials
• Create work schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
