Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proven track record of managing finances and controlling costs effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi/Punjabi also preferred).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
