• Maintain a solid understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects.
• Track and manage all lead interactions and activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution.

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Generation Specialist based in Karachi. The Lead Generation Specialist will focus on identifying and acquiring new leads, managing the lead generation process, conducting research to identify potential clients, and maintaining communication with prospects. The role requires close collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and business growth.

Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi near Ibex

Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PST) Night Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: 25k-30k + Performance Incentive
