Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Online Research and Lead Generation Executive to join our on-site team in Lahore. The role supports lead generation, recruitment resourcing, data management and digital marketing projects. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct web-based research to identify prospects and candidates using effective search strings and keywords.
• Source leads and candidates from online platforms and databases (e.g., LinkedIn, directories).
• Format, review, and standardize CVs/resumes per client or internal guidelines.
• Perform accurate data entry, cleansing, validation and formatting for leads, candidates, and research datasets.
• Maintain and update CRM, Excel, and database records; organize and analyze collected data into required formats.
• Identify reliable online sources for research and document findings clearly.
• Support digital marketing, online and market research tasks.

Job Specification
