The role also involves meeting daily and weekly call and conversion targets, handling basic inquiries, and consistently representing the brand with professional, clear communication. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach scripts and strategies is expected to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal English and confident phone presence.
• Experience with cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation in BPO, digital marketing, or related sectors.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, such as handling objections, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team.
• Goal-oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed call volume and lead conversion targets.
