Candidates should have strong LinkedIn prospecting skills and experience with B2B databases. The ideal candidate will analyze campaign data, optimize strategies, and collaborate closely with Account Executives to advance opportunities, while maintaining a robust CRM

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, or a related role.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar prospecting tools.
• Proven experience in B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize outreach strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong team collaboration skills with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients and execute multi-channel outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects to support the sales team.
• Represent the company’s services with a deep understanding of offerings and target markets.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B databases to identify targets.
• Plan, execute, and optimize drip email campaigns while maintaining clean datasets.
• Track campaign performance to improve open rates, responses, and conversions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintain and update the CRM pipeline with accurate lead tracking.
• Contribute to new lead generation and growth strategies as advised by management.
