Job summary

Rozi in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a motivated Sales Representative for an outbound US sales campaign. This onsite role (6:00 PM–3:00 AM, Mon–Fri, full-time) focuses on cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and converting prospects in the US market.

Experience in digital marketing sales (SEO, GMB, website development services) is a strong advantage. The position offers a competitive salary based on experience plus performance-based incentives and commissions.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects.
• Identify prospects, generate leads, and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Schedule product/service demos for interested prospects.
• Follow up via calls, emails, and other channels.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and appointments in the CRM.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and demos.
