Accurate Eminent Firm is a US-based call-center operation with a team based in Karachi. This role focuses on lead generation through outbound cold calling and prospect qualification; it is not a sales-closing position. The Lead Generation Executive will help build a reliable pipeline of relevant prospects and provide clear, accurate information to the team handling subsequent follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify and engage potential prospects using approved calling lists and scripts.
• Ask basic qualifying questions, confirm relevant details, and assess whether a prospect meets campaign criteria.
• Record call outcomes, prospect information, and follow-up requirements accurately in the designated system.
• Maintain a professional manner while communicating with prospects and responding to basic questions.
• Follow calling procedures, data-handling requirements, and quality standards.
• Work toward agreed activity and lead-quality targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors and follow the applicable shift schedule to support the US-based operation.
