Job summary

Tkxel is seeking an L&D Specialist to manage and scale internal learning initiatives across the organization. You will oversee weekly Upskill sessions, Tech Camps, English Language Training (ELT), and custom training requests while maintaining the company-wide training calendar.

Responsibilities include analytics-driven tracking of attendance and outcomes, alignment with C-level leadership, and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of learning programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in L&D or HR with IT/software exposure.
• Experience managing CEFR-based language programs is preferred.
• Hands-on LMS administration, data tracking and scheduling skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Friday Upskill Sessions:Align weekly with C-level leadership on topics, manage cross-team logistics (Marketing, NOC, Admin), facilitate sessions, and update LMS recordings/materials. Ensure to record and update data, attendance, and feedback to maintain an analytics chart for the senior management review anytime.
  
• Tech Camps:Partner with Tech Stack Leads to prioritize technical topics, coordinate demos with SMEs, and schedule daily sessions. Ensure to record and update data, attendance, and feedback to maintain an analytics chart for the senior management review anytime.
  
• English Language Training (ELT):Administer CEFR-level testing, group participants, conduct level-wise daily sessions, update data, attendance, feedback, and track language progression. Ensure you record and update data, attendance, and feedback to maintain an analytics chart for senior management review anytime.
  
• Request-Based Training:Assess custom requests, conduct focus group activities and pulse checks. You should be ready to directly design and deliver soft-skills training, coordinate SME-led technical sessions, and manage the central resource library. Ensure you record and update data, attendance, and feedback to maintain analytics charts for senior management reviewanytime.
  
• Annual Calendar & TNA:Gather appraisal skill-gap data, conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) aligned with business priorities, draft the annual training calendar, and track execution.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in L&D, managing back-end work and conducting training sessions, or HR (preferably in an IT/Software setting).
  
• Proven experience managing structured language programs (CEFR knowledge preferred).
  
• Hands-on experience with LMS administration, data tracking, and scheduling.
  
• Strong communication skills to liaise with C-level executives, Tech Leads, and cross-functional teams.
