Job summary

SPERTON Pakistan is seeking an L2 Support Engineer for full-time onsite work at our Lahore head office. The role focuses on second-level support for Finance Plus services, including dealer management systems, merchant apps, and customer-facing mobile apps.

Strong troubleshooting, Android/AWS familiarity, and proactive knowledge sharing are essential. The candidate should have a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/IT, up to 4 years of experience, and hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, and MySQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Finance Plus services across dealer, merchant, and customer platforms.
• Serve as the point of contact for complex technical issues raised by customers and dealers.
• Analyze logs and configurations (AWS CloudWatch, Android client) to identify defects.
• Reproduce and troubleshoot issues by reconfiguring customer, dealer, or dashboard environments.
• Create and maintain support documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing.
