Paysys Labs in Karachi is seeking a motivated Customer Support Engineer (Level II) to join our on-site team. The role focuses on L2 production support for core banking applications, handling issue resolution within SLAs, and coordinating with development teams and clients.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years in application or production support, solid Oracle SQL and Linux skills, and a basic grasp of Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in application or production support.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and Linux commands.
• Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, or Rancher.
• Knowledge of Python or shell scripting is a plus.
• Banking or financial services experience will be preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and client coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support for core banking applications and resolve issues within SLAs.
• Write and execute basic Oracle SQL queries.
• Monitor application services using Rancher/Kubernetes.
• Perform Linux troubleshooting, log monitoring, and file transfers.
• Coordinate deployments and releases with development teams and clients.
• Prepare transaction, uptime, and SLA reports.
