Job summary

Sperton Global is seeking a skilled L2 Support Engineer in Lahore for a full-time onsite role with a leading electronics and mobile client. You will provide second-level support for Finance Plus services, including dealer management, merchant apps, and customer-facing mobile apps, focusing on troubleshooting and issue resolution.

The role requires Android platform experience, AWS familiarity, and proactive knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.
• Up to 4 years of professional experience.
• Experience with Android mobile apps.
• Basic knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Linux and MySQL is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Finance Plus services across dealer, merchant, and customer platforms.
• Serve as the point of contact for complex technical issues raised by customers and dealers.
• Analyze logs and configurations (AWS CloudWatch, Android client) to identify defects.
• Reproduce and troubleshoot issues by reconfiguring customer, dealer, or dashboard environments.
• Create and maintain support documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
