GoSaaS is seeking a motivated SysOps Intern to join our team as the first line of defense for technical inquiries. You will deliver front-line L1 support, triage incidents, and assist with basic troubleshooting while gaining exposure to broader infrastructure initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent and a strong desire to learn. You’ll work with Oracle Cloud technologies and collaborate with diverse clients across industries in Pakistan.

Responsibilities

• L1 Technical Support: Deliver front-line support to users and clients, managing incoming system alerts, end-user inquiries, and technical incidents.
• Ticket Management & Troubleshooting: Perform initial triage, basic troubleshooting, issue categorization, and timely resolution or escalation according to SLAs.
• Client & Internal Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal status updates to client contacts and internal team members.
• Secondary Support Initiatives: Assist with cross-functional team projects, routine system maintenance, and documentation efforts during lower-volume periods.
• Task Prioritization: Efficiently balance primary L1 support commitments alongside secondary internal assignments and project tasks.
