GoSaaS is seeking motivated SysOps Interns in Lahore to join a global Oracle partner team. You will provide front-line L1 support, manage tickets, and assist with routine maintenance and documentation. This role offers exposure to Oracle Cloud technologies and a path to broader infrastructure initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a CS degree, communicates clearly, and is eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at GoSaaS.

Responsibilities

• L1 Technical Support (Primary): Deliver front-line support to users and clients, managing incoming system alerts and inquiries.
• Ticket Management & Troubleshooting: Perform initial triage, basic troubleshooting, issue categorization, and timely resolution or escalation.
• Client & Internal Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic status updates to client contacts and internal team members.
• Secondary Support Initiatives: Assist with cross-functional projects, routine system maintenance, and documentation during lower-volume periods.
• Task Prioritization: Balance primary L1 support with secondary internal assignments and project tasks.

We are looking for motivated SysOps Interns to join our team and provide critical Level 1 (L1) technical support. In this role, you will act as the first line of defense for technical inquiries, ensure efficient ticket routing, and maintain smooth operations. During lower-volume periods, you will also gain exposure to additional infrastructure and support initiatives across our broader team.

Job Responsibilities:

• L1 Technical Support (Primary): Deliver front-line support to users and clients, managing incoming system alerts, end-user inquiries, and technical incidents.
• Ticket Management & Troubleshooting: Perform initial triage, basic troubleshooting, issue categorization, and timely resolution or escalation according to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Client & Internal Communication: Provide clear, professional, and empathetic written and verbal status updates to client contacts and internal team members.
• Secondary Support Initiatives: Assist with cross-functional team projects, routine system maintenance, and documentation efforts during lower-volume periods.
• Task Prioritization: Efficiently balance primary L1 support commitments alongside secondary internal assignments and project tasks.
