IRC in Pakistan seeks a Program Coordinator based in Peshawar to provide strategic leadership for the KP program. The role reports to the Deputy Director Programs in Islamabad and drives government engagement, partnerships with local institutions and universities, and coordination across multiple departments to deliver high-quality humanitarian and development programming.

The position sits on the Senior Management Team at country level and leads the Provincial Senior Management Team.

Formación

Master’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, Development or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing development/humanitarian programs in Pakistan or similar contexts.
Proven ability to build/maintain relationships with government authorities, UN agencies and academia.

Responsabilidades

Provide strategic and operational leadership for the KP program.
Lead Provincial Senior Management Team (PSMT) and coordinate with SMT.
Strengthen relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies and institutions.
Oversee program implementation and grant management in KP, ensuring donor compliance.
Support partners and ensure regular progress meetings and corrective actions.
Ensure MEAL integration, monitoring and timely reporting across programs.
Promote gender equality, diversity and inclusive practices across programming.
