Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Pakistan is seeking a Program Reporting Officer to develop and oversee program reports for KP, coordinating with field staff and project teams. You will support the Program Coordinator, maintain records, and assist the provincial MEAL team with data collection and monitoring.

Strong writing, communication, IT proficiency, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred, in social sciences, project or business management, development studies or a related field.
• Work Experience: At least 3 years in development or humanitarian programs with emphasis on reporting and documentation, preferably with INGOs or UN agencies in Pakistan.
• Skills: strong writing, communication, IT proficiency, data collection and field engagement with communities and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop program reports for KP, collecting inputs from project teams and field staff.
• Review program reports for accuracy, quality and completeness, and follow up on corrections.
• Forward reports on time to the country office, technical coordinators and project managers.
• Conduct field and outreach visits to collect program information for reporting.
• Identify and document best practices, success stories and case studies.
• Maintain updated program trackers, records and reporting calendars.
• Support the Program Coordinator with day-to-day reporting, including preparing updates and presentations.
• Take minutes and notes of meetings and follow up on action points.
• Coordinate internal communications between the Program Coordinator, provincial teams and country office.
• Support provincial MEAL team in data collection and monitoring activities.
