International Rescue Committee (IRC) in Peshawar, Pakistan, seeks a Program Coordinator to provide strategic and operational leadership for KP programs, reporting to the Deputy Director Programs in Islamabad.

The role leads the Provincial Senior Management Team (PSMT), oversees program implementation, and strengthens relationships with local authorities, universities, UN agencies, and donors for high-quality grant management and MEAL integration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management, Social Sciences, Human Development, Disaster Management or other equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing development and humanitarian programs in complex operating environments.
• Proven experience building relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, UN agencies and academia.

Responsabilités

• Stakeholder engagement, representation and relationship building with local authorities and institutions in KP.
• Lead the Provincial Senior Management Team (PSMT) meetings and contribute to SMT discussions.
• Provide strategic oversight of program management in KP, and ensure quality implementation and grant management.
• Support and strengthen partners, monitor progress, and ensure donor compliance and MEAL integration.
• Coordinate with MEAL team to ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.
