Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Program Coordinator based in Peshawar to lead KP program delivery, liaise with authorities and partners, and supervise regional teams. The role emphasizes strategic oversight, donor compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration across MEAL, grants and operations.

You will work with the SMT/PSMT to ensure timely, high‑quality implementation and foster strong relationships with government departments, universities and UN agencies in KP.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• Experience in managing development/humanitarian programs.
• Proven ability to engage government authorities and partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the KP program and lead SMT/PSMT.
• Strengthen relationships with local authorities, universities and UN agencies.
• Coordinate with MEAL, grants, finance and field teams to ensure compliant program delivery.
• Support partners, ensure donor reporting and program quality.
