Job summary

UFL Global Forwarding is hiring an Import Export Supervisor to manage daily import/export operations on-site in Karachi. The role requires coordinating shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

The incumbent will monitor cargo movements, liaise with carriers and brokers, and deliver timely client updates while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in export and import operations, with strong documentation and shipment coordination.
• Knowledge of import procedures, customs procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Customer service skills with ability to manage client communications professionally.
• Understanding of international trade, trade terms, shipping regulations, and global logistics practices.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management in import-export environments.
• Proficiency using logistics and tracking IT systems; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily import and export operations and shipments.
• Coordinate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain high levels of customer service; provide timely shipment updates to clients.
• Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
