Shipco Transport Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Import/Export in Karachi. This senior role leads revenue growth, client acquisition, and market strategy while mentoring junior staff.

You will drive sales execution, manage key export clients, and ensure regulatory compliance across local and international cargo operations. The ideal candidate has a degree in business or marketing, strong networking skills, and deep knowledge of freight forwarder markets and regulations.

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good networking and social network with freight forwarder players in market.
