Huzaifa Enterprises is seeking a focused professional to manage export/import documentation and related accounting tasks in Karachi. The role involves coordinating shipment documentation, banking transactions, and ledger reconciliations to ensure compliant financial operations.

The candidate should have strong experience in export/import documentation, bank reconciliations, and VAT/sales tax filings, with familiarity with contracts and vendor/customer documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have export and import documentation experience.
• Accounts and general ledger bookkeeping.
• Bank/counter reconciliation.
• Experience with banking transactions (LCs, collections, remittances).
• Knowledge of tax compliance (VAT/Sales Tax/GST) and filings.
• Familiarity with agreements and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage export/import documentation and shipment coordination
• Liaise with banks for payments, Letters of Credit and related banking transactions
• Maintain general ledger entries and perform counter/bank reconciliations
• Handle tax filings, VAT/Sales tax documentation and compliance matters
• Review and manage agreements and vendor/customer documentation
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal teams to resolve issues
