Job summary

Gatronova, a leading manufacturing concern in Pakistan, is seeking an HR professional to lead talent acquisition and onboarding across our facilities in Canada, UAE, Karachi and Lahore. You will support employees through the lifecycle and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of HR experience, strong organizational skills, and solid communication abilities to manage cross-border recruitment practices and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience in HR or related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment and employment practices across UAE, Canada, Pakistan

• Recruit and onboard talent for facilities in Canada, UAE, Karachi and Lahore.
• Assist the Lead HRBP in performance management, KPIs and other strategic aspects.
