Job summary

HR Capital Consultants is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Karachi, Pakistan. The role directs the organization's people function, shaping HR strategy, culture, and compliance to align talent with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s in HRM (SHRM/CHRM/SPHR preferred) and have 4–6+ years in senior HR leadership within regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Masters with specialization in HRM preferably with SHRM or CHRM or SPHR certification.
• Proven leadership experience in HR at the director/Head level in a regulated industry is preferred.
• Strong background in performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's HR strategy, policies, and annual HR plans.
• Lead performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits, payroll coordination, HR operations, and employee services.
• Manage workforce planning, organizational development, training, and career progression programs.
• Advise senior management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, organizational structure, and people-related risks.

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Karachi, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Human Resources Officer to lead the organization's people function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, strengthening organizational culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning talent initiatives with business objectives. The person they are looking for should have the following:

Qualification

Masters with specialization in HRM preferably with SHRM or CHRM or SPHR certification.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar HR leadership capacity, or at least 6 years of experience as Head of Human Resources in a reputable organization.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or other regulated industries will be preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in performance management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR operations, employee relations, and HRIS implementation & administration.
