Job summary

Alykas is seeking an ITSM Service Desk Engineer to deliver remote technical support for clients across Windows and macOS environments. You will troubleshoot OS, network, and application issues while assisting with cloud services including Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365.

You will collaborate with senior engineers on escalated issues, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to a world-class IT support team.

Qualifications

4–5 years IT support experience, preferably in Managed Services.
Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, and server environments.
Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal — are a strong advantage.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft MCP are preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver remote technical support via phone, email, and chat.
