Job summary
Mobiz in Karachi, Pakistan, seeks a mid-level Service Desk Engineer to deliver high-quality incident resolution and end-user support across managed services. You will handle Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, and Azure ecosystem tasks for client environments.
You will build Windows 10/11 images with Intune Autopilot, troubleshoot AVD sessions, and document resolutions in ServiceNow, while maintaining strong communication with clients and IT contacts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- 3–5 years IT support or systems administration experience with end‑user responsibilities.
- Strong hands‑on with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and AVD.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 IT support for End User Services across clients.
- Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive in M365.
- Manage user lifecycles in Entra ID, MFA enrollment, and CA troubleshooting.
- Build and deploy Windows 10/11 images with Intune Autopilot.
- Troubleshoot AVD session host connectivity and FSLogix profile issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps in ServiceNow and communicate resolutions.
