Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, install and configure hardware/software, and help maintain IT infrastructure. You will support VOIP systems, manage user accounts via Active Directory, and assist with network services such as Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS.

The role emphasizes problem solving, calmness under pressure, teamwork, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Candidates with CCNA/MCSA/CompTIA certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, CCTV, NVR, and other IT equipment.
• Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems on employee devices.
• Support VOIP systems including softphones and PBX; ensure security of VOIP devices and servers.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network connections, including Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall, and LAN setups.
