Job summary

Translation Empire is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, install and configure hardware/software, and help maintain IT infrastructure. You will support VOIP systems, manage user accounts via Active Directory, and assist with network services such as Wi-Fi, VPN, and DNS.

The role emphasizes problem solving, calmness under pressure, teamwork, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Candidates with CCNA/MCSA/CompTIA certifications are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, CCTV, NVR, and other IT equipment.
• Software Installation: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systems on employee devices.
• Work with the team to ensure security of all VOIP devices and servers, Provide support for VOIP telephone systems. Including softphones and PBX.

Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, MS Teams Administration, and Office 365 Administration.

Help maintain and troubleshoot network connections, including Wi-Fi, VPN, Firewall, and LAN setups.
