Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is seeking an IT Infrastructure specialist to ensure stability, security and performance of store IT environments across Lahore. You will administer LAN/WAN devices, troubleshoot network issues and support end users to keep operations running smoothly.

The role covers PABX installation, voice/data circuits configuration, hardware deployment and asset management, with emphasis on timely issue resolution and coordination with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2–3 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on LAN/WAN and PABX experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the stability, security & performance of IT infrastructure at store
• LAN/WAN devices administration and troubleshooting
• Providing IT support to users and being the first point of contact for problem resolution to ensure seamless IT operations for all users
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• PABX system installation and configuration
• Preparation & configuration of Voice / data circuits
• End user support for day to day activities & timely resolution of all user complaints at store
• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc)
• Inventory management and supplier dealing
• Video & Tele conference systems management for business meetings
• Management of client end utilities VPN, voice and Data etc.
• Article updating on scale through software
• Other assignment assigned by line management.

Qualifications

Bachelors in related field with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure
