Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to ensure stability, security and performance of store IT environments. You will administer LAN/WAN devices, troubleshoot hardware and software, and provide end-user support to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include PABX installation, voice/data circuit configuration, video conference systems management and inventory coordination with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in related field with 2–3 years of IT infrastructure experience.
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN devices, PABX, and video conference systems.
• Strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, security & performance of IT infrastructure at store.
• LAN/WAN devices administration and troubleshooting.
• Provide IT support to users as first point of contact to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• PABX system installation and configuration.
• Preparation & configuration of voice/data circuits.
• End user support for day-to-day activities & timely resolution of user complaints.
• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc).
• Inventory management and supplier coordination.
• Video & Tele conference systems management for business meetings.
• Management of client end utilities VPN, voice and data.
• Article updating on scale through software.
• Other assignments assigned by line management.

Job Description

Qualifications
