Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Returns Specialist to manage client returns, RMAs, and stock transfers. You will coordinate with suppliers and customers, ensure accurate shipping, and maintain efficient processing through AX and MS Outlook.

The role requires 1–2 years in supply chain, strong communication, and experience with US vendors. On-site position with opportunities in a dynamic IT solutions environment.

Qualifications

• BBA/MBA in Supply Chain required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of supply chain experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with US vendors, distribution, or retail computer hardware/software preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Process clients return to company stock and suppliers using in-house processing software.
• Apply for supplier RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations).
• Ensure appropriate products are shipped to the supplier.
• Ensure zero outstanding RMAs aged over 60 days.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers/manufacturers via appropriate communication methods.
• Transfer stock between bins or warehouses using in-house software.
• Familiarize with in-house processing software (AX and MS Outlook).
• Ensure goods are identified correctly before shipping.
• Liaise with internal departments.
• Arrange deliveries with couriers.
• Provide support (picking, packing, invoicing, cycle counting, stock takes).
• Aim for continuous improvements in quality and cycle time.
