Job summary

Zones IT Solutions seeks a Customer Success Manager 2 to lead the front-line for client accounts, coordinating with Zones resources and managing customer expectations across order management, inventory/logistics, and delivery performance.

You will own the client operational relationship, drive SLA adherence, and partner with PMO, Operations Leadership and Supply Chain to ensure successful deployments and risk mitigation for key accounts.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service and/or account management experience.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment and corporate purchasing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with diverse groups and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the customer service experience and escalations.
• Ensure overall operational account health and SLA metrics.
• Coordinate with PMO, Operations Leadership and Supply Chain for deployments.
• Respond to RFQs and create bids with subject-matter experts.
• Maintain client relationships and drive performance against KPIs.
