Job summary

Zones is seeking a Project Manager I to plan and oversee project completion on time, scope and budget. You will partner with client teams and internal stakeholders to understand initiatives and drive improvements that increase speed, efficiency, or reduce cost.

Responsibilities cover onboarding, coordinating resources, gathering requirements, developing playbooks, and managing BOMs, SLAs, and billing while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in project/program management within tech or operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead project onboarding according to scope and SOW.
• Coordinate resources and SMEs across functions for project startup.
• Gather requirements and develop project Playbooks and SOPs.
• Obtain requirements for BOM development.
• Gather rollout schedule and document SLA requirements.
• Drive project requirements through IntelliPlan and track outcomes.
