Job summary

Lux Decor Collection is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our international and domestic logistics flows. The role is remote with split responsibilities across mornings and evenings, coordinating with suppliers and partners to ensure timely deliveries to US warehouses.

You will handle air, ocean, and courier shipments, ensure accurate documentation and customs compliance, and negotiate rates with freight providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in international and domestic logistics operations.
• Knowledge of customs, HS codes, import processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and shipment tracking tools.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Detail-oriented with SOP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Manage international shipments (air, ocean, courier) from factories to US warehouses/3PLs.
• Coordinate pre-shipment readiness, inspections, and documentation with overseas suppliers.
• Oversee domestic logistics (FTL/LTL) within the US with real-time visibility.
• Maintain compliance with US customs, duties, and documentation standards.
• Track shipment milestones and update internal teams.
• Build relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, and trucking partners.
• Negotiate freight rates and reconcile invoices with finance.

We are a growing international eCommerce company (private label brand), seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our global logistics flow. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.

Remote | Monday to Friday

Working Hours: Split shift -

• Morning (1.5-2 hours): Coordination with Chinese suppliers
• Evening (5-5.5 hours): Other operational responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage international shipments (air, ocean, courier) from factories to US warehouses/3PLs
• Coordinate pre-shipment readiness, inspections, and documentation with overseas suppliers
• Handle domestic logistics (FTL/LTL) within the US with real-time visibility
• Maintain compliance with US customs, duties, and documentation standards
• Track all shipment milestones and keep internal teams updated
• Build and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, and trucking partners
• Negotiate freight rates and reconcile invoices with finance

Must-Have Skills:

• Deep understanding of international and domestic logistics operations
