Zones IT Solutions is seeking a Client Success Manager I in Islamabad to drive order fulfillment, build strong customer relationships, and ensure service excellence. The role emphasizes managing inventory, coordinating with sales, and supporting project needs in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a graduate degree, 2–3 years in enterprise sales or client success, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate – Any Specialization.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in enterprise sales or client success roles.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Interact with customers daily to build relationships.
• Provide for customer operational and reporting needs and ensure 5-star service.
• Coordinate inventory management and off catalog requests.
• Participate in project planning and coordinate needs with Zones teams.
• Support account management for first 6 months and at-risk accounts.
