Zones – First Choice for IT.™ is seeking a Returns Specialist to manage client returns, RMAs, and stock movements, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The role requires a background in supply chain, strong communication, and experience with in-house software. Operations will support efficient processing and continuous improvement in cycle time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in supply chain or related field.
• Experience in procurement and supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process client returns to company stock and suppliers using in-house processing software.
• Apply for supplier RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers.
• Ensure correct goods are shipped to suppliers and maintain zero open RMAs aged over 60 days.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and manufacturers via appropriate communication methods.
• Coordinate stock transfers between bins/warehouses using in-house software.
• Familiarize with in-house processing software (AX and MS Outlook).
• Ensure goods are identified correctly before shipping.
• Liaise with internal departments and arrange courier deliveries.
• Provide support for completing tasks like picking, packing, invoicing, cycle counting, and stock takes.
• Seek continuous improvements in quality and cycle time.

Position Overview:

The Returns Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing the process of client returns, ensuring efficient handling and resolution while maintaining positive relationships with both customers and suppliers.

What you will do as the Returns Specialist:

Process clients return to company stock and suppliers using in-house processing software.

• Apply for supplier RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers.
• Ensure that appropriate products are shipped to the supplier
• Ensure Zero outstanding open RMAs in the database aged over 60 days
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers/manufacturers by the most appropriate communication method (i.e., fax, email, telephone) to aid the smooth operation of returns.
• Transferring stock from bin to bin or warehouse to warehouse using in-house processing software.
• Familiarize and obtain a thorough understanding of in-house processing software. (AX and MS Outlook)
• Ensure goods are identified correctly before shipping.
• Liaise with internal departments.
• Arrange and co-ordinate deliveries with different couriers.
• Provide support and assistance as required to meet the companies’ objectives (i.e., picking, packing, invoicing, cycle counting, stock and stock takes).
• Attainment of continuous improvements in quality and cycle time.

What you will bring to the team:

• BBA/MBA Supply Chain
• 1 – 2 years in Supply Chain (Experience in procurement will be a plus)
• Good communication skills
• Background of working with US vendors, distribution, or the retail computer hardware/software industry, is preferred.
• Expertise in vendor negotiation and administration, and proficiency with basic MS Office applications is also required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral are required, as well as effective time management.
