Job summary

Zones is seeking a Project Manager I to plan and oversee project delivery on time, scope and budget. You will work with client teams and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans, drive onboarding, and manage billing, schedules and inventory using IntelliPlan.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of program or project management experience in tech or operations, strong leadership, analytical thinking and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in program/ project management, process engineering or strategy within a technology or operations environment.
• Experience in Supply Chain and Inventory Management is preferable.
• Leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required.
• Proficient in using Project Management Software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead project onboarding according to project scope and SOW.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders across functions for Project Startup.
• Gather requirements and develop project Playbooks and SOPs.
• Obtain requirements for BOM development.
• Gather rollout schedule and document SLA requirements.
• Drive all project requirements through IntelliPlan and manage changes.
• Define, track and report on measurable project outcomes.
• Define inventory requirements based on schedule and work with Supply Chain on lead time.
• Responsible for all aspects of project billing including services.
• Build strong relationships with customer operations stakeholders and be the main point of contact.
